Rane Peppard – Registered Dental Hygienist

Recipient of the Lynne Garris Shelton volunteerism award, Rane graduated Cum Laude from Northern VA Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She also holds a B.S. degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin. Rane relishes her profession as a hygienist, in part, because Dr. Kling has the latest and best equipment, tools and techniques, and because of her interaction with patients. “I love working for Dr. Kling and the rest of our team. Dr. Kling’s commitment to a higher standard of dentistry is unmatched by any other dentist I have worked with,” observes Rane. “The staff is dedicated to providing the best care and everyone is excited about the dentistry we deliver under Dr. Kling’s direction and expertise. We really do care about our patients and have the opportunity to give quality time and workmanship to each individual who walks through our doors. It is a pleasure to be able to practice this way.”

Rane enjoys being a mom to her three kids and their rescue dog. She also enjoys the many aspects of working alongside her husband in their electrical contracting company. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, volunteering and reading.

Sarah Merkle – Business Coordinator

Sarah received her Dental Assisting Certification from Indian River Community College. After eight years of being Dr. Kling’s clinical assistant, Sarah recently transitioned to her new role as Business Coordinator. Sarah manages business operations, to include billing and assisting with our marketing operations.

Sarah enjoys the occasional opportunity to work in the office with patients, as well. After many years of working side-by-side with Dr. Kling, the pair remains a natural fit. Sarah has a love for dentistry that shows in her care for patients. “Part of my job is to help patients feel relaxed and comfortable while we work toward creating a healthy and beautiful smile for them,” declares Sarah. “As well, I am proud to work with the rest of our team. The caring nature of everyone in this office makes this practice unique. We all have the same goal of making the patient experience phenomenal.”

Happily married, Sarah enjoys motherhood and spending time with her young family.

Tasha Butler – Clinical Assistant

Tasha is a graduate of ACT College in Rosslyn Va. where she studied Dental Assisting. Because of her strong passion for dentistry, she expanded her dental knowledge and obtained her CDA, EFDA and COA. With over 17 years of experience Tasha has had the opportunity to work in a variety of dental specialties, all of which she has enjoyed.

Tasha explains “My dental career has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Working with our wonderful patients, being a source of comfort and making them smile has brought me great joy. I can only say that this is by far the best dental office I’ve ever worked with. Everyone is so loving, compassionate and ready to help. A true team.”

Outside of work Tasha loves spending time with her husband, cooking and regularly attending Christian meetings with her family.

Linda Oliveros – Treatment Coordinator

I began my venture in dentistry in 1987. I have experienced different paths throughout the field of dentistry, and look forward to working with Dr. Kling’s patients and being a part of his magnificent team. I come from a strong customer service background and always look forward to cutting edge technology to expand what we have to offer our patients. As quoted on our website I love our motto, “New thinking, old world values, exquisite dentistry in pure comfort.” That is what I believe in and what our office strives for every day.
